Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Relatis (operated by Medspectiv GmbH) uses cookies and similar technologies on relatis.eu, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Statement.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site recognise your device, remember your actions and preferences, and understand how the site is used. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage, pixels and software development kits (SDKs), which we refer to collectively as “cookies”.
Categories we use
Our consent tool groups cookies into the following categories. Some categories may be inactive depending on the features in use and the choices you make.
Required to operate the website and to provide services you explicitly request — for example security, network management, load balancing and remembering your consent choices. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Legal basis: § 25 (2) TDDDG — no consent required.
Allow the website to remember choices you make — such as language or region — to provide a more personal experience.
Legal basis: consent, § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
Help us understand how visitors interact with the website by collecting and reporting information, so we can improve it. Where we use Google services for this, full IP addresses are blocked and the data is not used for other Google services.
Legal basis: consent, § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
Used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant messaging on this and other websites. We only set marketing cookies where you have given consent.
Legal basis: consent, § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
Managing your choices
When you first visit relatis.eu, a consent banner lets you accept or reject each non-essential category. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings — for example by deleting existing cookies or blocking new ones. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website functions.
Legal basis
Storing information on, or accessing information already stored on, your device requires your consent under § 25 (1) TDDDG, unless it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). Where consent-based cookies also process personal data, the basis for that processing is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
Retention
Cookies remain on your device for different periods. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies remain for a defined period or until you delete them. The specific lifetime of each cookie is shown in our consent tool.

Terms and Conditions
In short. Relatis is a SaaS platform with AI-powered features. By using the service you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your content, and your use of the platform. AI-generated outputs are provided for convenience only and must be reviewed before use. The service may be modified, updated, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security reasons. Fees, support and scope depend on your plan or written agreement. These Terms are governed by German law.
Scope of the service
Medspectiv GmbH provides Relatis, a cloud-based software service that helps users manage and analyse information using automation and AI-powered features. The exact features available may change over time as we improve the platform.
Contract formation
These Terms and Conditions apply when a user creates an account, subscribes to a plan, or otherwise starts using Relatis. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
User accounts
Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Login details must be kept secure and must not be shared with unauthorised persons. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through the account.
Permitted use
Relatis may only be used for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
AI features
Relatis includes AI-enabled features that may generate text, summaries, suggestions, classifications, or similar outputs. These outputs are provided for convenience only and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. Users must review all AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it with others.
Customer responsibilities
Users are responsible for the information they enter into Relatis and for checking that they have the rights to upload or process that content. Users must not enter confidential, sensitive, or restricted information unless permitted to do so under applicable law and internal company policies.
Service availability
We aim to keep Relatis available and secure, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security updates, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
Support and maintenance
Support will be provided according to the selected plan or written agreement. Maintenance may take place from time to time, and we may update or modify features to improve the service, fix issues, or maintain compliance.
Fees and payment
If your use of Relatis is subject to fees, you agree to pay all charges in line with the plan or invoice terms. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We may suspend access for overdue payments.
Intellectual property
Relatis and all related software, branding, documentation, and design elements remain the property of Medspectiv GmbH or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the subscription term.
Data and privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where required, data processing agreements and other contractual safeguards apply to third-party service providers, including hosting and AI providers.
Confidentiality
Each party must keep the other party's confidential information secure and use it only for the purpose of the contract. This duty does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or lawfully required to be disclosed.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medspectiv GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated output without appropriate human review.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user breaches these Terms, creates a security risk, or uses the service unlawfully. Users may stop using Relatis at any time, subject to the terms of their subscription or notice period.
Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify users by email or in the platform. Continued use of Relatis after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Medspectiv GmbH, where legally permissible.

Medspectiv GmbH is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or any loss caused by their use.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or create in the services.
You grant Medspectiv GmbH a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store, transmit, copy, reformat, and display your content only to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the services and fulfil contractual obligations.
Medspectiv GmbH will not use your content for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes without your consent.
Confidentiality
Each party shall keep confidential all non-public business, technical, and commercial information received from the other party in connection with the services and shall use such information only for the performance of the agreement.
Service availability and maintenance
Medspectiv GmbH aims to provide reliable service availability and may perform scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, updates, and security patches from time to time. Unless expressly agreed in a separate SLA, the services are provided without any guaranteed uptime commitment.
Warranty disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Medspectiv GmbH does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose unless expressly agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Medspectiv GmbH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, unless such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Medspectiv GmbH's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the services shall be limited to the fees paid by you during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or another amount expressly agreed in writing.
Termination and suspension
Medspectiv GmbH may suspend or terminate access to the services if:
- there is a material breach of these Service Conditions;
- payment is overdue;
- suspicious, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected;
- required by law or by a competent authority.
You may terminate your account in accordance with the applicable contractual notice period. Upon termination, access to the services may cease and data may be deleted or returned in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement and retention rules.
Changes to these conditions
Medspectiv GmbH may amend these Service Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance by email or service notice. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Service Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If the customer is a merchant, legal entity, or public-law special fund, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Medspectiv GmbH, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
